Prestige is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Smyrna, DE

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and experienced RN / LPN Unit Manager at a premier nursing facility in Smyrna, DE! 

The right candidate for this position will have experience managing a Long-Term Care Unit. This person will have to be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Must be very detailed oriented!

The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • Experience working in a Rehab facility or Long-Term care facility
  • Excellent work history in the long-term care industry
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience
  • Committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education/Experience

  • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or nursing Facility.
  • Must possess a current, Registered Nurse or LPN License.
